Founded in May 2020 by Destin Skye Bennett, Skye Construction & Development LLC was built on the vision of providing clients with a full-service construction experience. Destin recognized the need for a contractor who could manage every stage of the building process—from raw land development to completed vertical construction and commercial build-outs. With expertise in both residential and commercial projects, Skye Construction & Development ensures every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
With a career spanning various roles in the construction industry, Destin has overseen the development and management of projects ranging from single-family homes to multi-family communities and light commercial build outs. He holds degrees in Accounting and Business Management from The University of North Georgia, equipping him with the financial and operational expertise to deliver projects on time and within budget. Under his leadership, Skye Construction & Development has successfully managed projects from $100,000 to over $10 million, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
